Voice software?

i am looking for a software that can produce voices..where to get it? :dunno:

a few years back, i saw a software or a programme that when i type in "what do you want", there will be a voice saying exactly the same thing.

and can select what kind of voices, female, male, child etc etc.....

AFAIK, windowsXP come with it. Simple one, try Control Panel -> Speech.
