The first roll off my Vivitar

I did the scanning and cutting myself. So the negs got terribly scratched and dirty

Anyways, constructive criticism very welcomed.

Film: Kodak Gold 400
Pictures all taken on a moving vehicle (some stops at traffic lights) and in the early morning.

At the risk of sounding like a total amateur (which I am), what is a dedicated film scanner?

I'm using the Epson printer/scanner which I got at the prev IT show for $300++ bucks. keke

Actually mostly I scratched the negs with my scissors while cutting. Coz I didn't know that would happen. And my scanner bed was slightly dusty :embrass:
