Vivitar lens cleaning?

Hi all,

I've a 100 - 300mm lens that has some fungus. Not too bad, but bothersome at times. I'd checked the forums for a place to clean up the lens, and I found out that no body recommends TCW any more. I had called up Tamron to know where to clean up the lens, and he suggested TCW. I also got the number for the Canon Service Centre, but they said that they do not do non-Canon lenses.

Which is the place to go to for cleaning up the lens?
