Hmm, I didn't get that; I'm also using avast. Probably an infected ad server or something, which would explain why I didn't get that because I'm using an Adblock. Besides the obvious use of blocking annoying ads, Adblocks are also very good for stopping for stopping such infections.

I have been getting a lot of false alarms with a recent update. the false alarms are so bad I stopped using Avast all together. I am using Panda now.

How trustworthy is a virus scanner that "recommends" upgrades of itself?
As you can see, the reported URL is not from CS web server, but comes from third party location. Nothing that any CS admin could influence.
