[Vireon] My amateur shoots

I find your shots over pp-ed. Think you're in the experimental stage where you take random shots and pp them and hope to achieve sth great. You should put more thought in your shots and not post whatever you have.
Another thing is your captions. Most of your captions have little intrinsic meaning. Such as "left and right" just because there are 2 articles the subject is appearing to look at. "Hands" just because he is using his hands to wash the vegetables. And how is she "Surrounded" ? These dont really convey a message, much less a story. Do put more thought into your captions as they can really guide a reader, or give them a direction.
i suggest the first thing you do is come up with a theme, and snap away at a particular area ie Chinatown/Little India/Orchard. At least the reader ie myself, will have a rough impression whats the link between the shots. Your current set up and presentation is far too random and the composition has to be greatly improved.

Thanks for the comments and criticism. It is most welcome. I just started out on photography, currently still learning and, like what you said, experimenting and also trying to find out what I like and the style I like. Most of the pics I will crop, adjust the brightness, contrast, tones and saturation.
Definitely caption is something I am trying to crack, and to learn from the experts here. Of course, if someone can suggest a better caption for some of the pics, I am very happy to hear, discuss and to learn :heart:
The only opinion I have that defer from yours is your suggestion on theme and shooting at a location. For me, these photos are random, instantaneous images that I see while I am on my way to work, to shop, to exercise, to eat etc. My aim is to capture these images as what I seen them while I am on my foot. I do not have a desire, at least for now, to specially arrange for a location shoot. This is a choice which I have consciously made. The only thing is I still need to find out what makes a photo that will both interest me and to another person, and of course better composition. I have a long way to learn.

These are interesting images which I saw when I am on foot everyday. I am still learning what photos to take which will interest both me and another person. I am happy that you enjoyed these images as much as me. Thanks for your encouragement
