119. Made my way down to watch a getai. Its so nice to watch a show with a big crowd where we'll laugh together, clap together and generally have fun. Its definitely local culture that I don't wish to see fade away.

Quite sad to see how local Chinese opera has declined to this stage. But I was happy to see a mother bring her young daughter to the show and enthusiastically explaining to her what was going on. I gotta admit, I wasn't interested in stuff like this till photography took me a step closer to understanding the art and the performers...
