yeah, couples always expect low rates.. think we have to educate them.. if all the pro, part-timer full time freelancers are unit enough, then is our commend already. it will actually benefit everybody in the industry.. but saying is ez, to really unit all is the almost impossible.. but forming a form of union may help i think.. :dunno:

Unfortunately, couples will always be expecting low rates. Recently, I saw one asking for photographer and videographer for $1k for actual day wedding! :bigeyes:

i think people got to understand how much they are worth.

Yes. Getting all those in this industry to band together and have a common agreement would be useful in preventing a slide of rates. The same thing is experienced by most photographers too, sadly.
