My client is seeking a full day videographer for his actual day wedding on Saturday, 10 March 2012.

His budget is $800.

He will require a 10min highlights of the morning's activities for screening at the dinner.

For the main video, no need any fancy editing or effects.
Classic style video recording is sufficient with basic editing to string everything up.
