videographer and photographer need for D&D dinner on 20 April 2011

my company looking for a videographer and photographer for the Annual D&D event.

date: 20 April 2011 (wednesday)
time: 6pm - 11pm
venue: TBA (within singapore town area)

photographer jobs:

-cocktail shoot before enter to ballroom
-all happening moment insde the ballroom
*focusing on stage program, games, performances and etc
*also shoot on happening moment under the stage.
* capture as much as possible
-basic touch up apply to all photo
-do not need print out.

Videographer jobs:
- cocktail shoot before enter to ballroom,
-all happening moment insde the ballroom
*focusing on stage program, games, performances and etc (tripod reuqired)
*also shoot on happening moment under the stage.
- required to bring a long cable to transfer the live moment to the hotel projector.
-final editing to the video.
-output to DVD
