Videocam/Camcorder Recommendations

I'm looking for a video cam that's around 1k~.
Preferably with
Full HD Capabilities
SD Card (And hopefully provided) or HDD memory
Decent Sound Quality
Video Light* (Optional)

*I notice a lot of camcorders don't have the video light function (unlike the Panasonic HDC-SD20) that my friend has.
So, is there any substitute for it, like a light that that can be attached to the video camera?
