Thank you. For the pull focus I am using Sony HVR Z1P. The whole footage is shot with 2 camera Sony HVR Z1P and Sony HC3.

I am still improving on my shooting technique, some I still need a lot of practices. I am currently under the mentorships program with my instructor from Treasure Productions http://www.videolifestyle.com . Hopefully can do some of the more difficult dynamic moving shoot better.

Yup, I put the HC3 in the fridge

It is there for a short time, so camera won't get too cold.
