Vertical Marathon at SWISSÔTEL ...the reward after 73 floors

Thanks for the info and great view
Just wonder the one you participate at Swissotel, they allow non-participant to go up as well?

Also, for the upcoming vertical marathon at One Raffles place, from their gallery (assume last year's event?) seems all participant are gather at ground after the event rather then roof top...
In the Swisshotel - only participants are allowed to go up. And we have approx 10-15mins of viewing time before they usher u to go down.

As for the upcoming at One Raffles Place - i have not done it before. So I am not sure what to expect. But I believe we should have a 10mins rest before descending.
This short time might be enough for a quick shoot.

cheers

No need to climb...pay $5 and take lift to 50th floor.... Pinnacle@Duxton. Can do night shoot somemore
hahhaa, yes, this is another option.

The double guard rails prevent a good top-down shoot. But view there is excellent.

Hi guys,

Great to see some discussion in regards to National Vertical Marathon! Yes this year event is @ OneRafflesPlace previously known as OUB centre in Raffles Place. The extension of the building will make OneRafflesPlace as the tallest buliding in Singapore standing at 282m above ground! This promises to be an excellent view from the top!

And yes! There will be time given to all participants to enjoy the rooftop view and take pictures. We probably will be having a phototaking booth up @ the rooftop providing a picture for all participants.

Any further enquries please feel free to visit the website http://nvm.ntusportsclub.sg/

Thanks!

Huh what extension? I tot they are just building a new annex?

OneRafflesPlace will change from 60 stories to 63 stories!

guys, for those participating in this weekend (23rd May 2010), National Vertical Marathon at OneRafflesPlace.

I just saw that "No photography allowed."

Dun understand why they are doing this.
