This is just an experience of mine, might not work at all shops though. I bought 2 third party V3 compatible batteries (MEGAPOWER) for $38 at SLS. I'd purchased from the same shop at $25 for 1 piece before. So I offered him $40 for 2 (cash). The uncle instead better the deal to $38.
Simply because I happened to be the 1st buying customer of his day. So maybe can try this at shops with those uncles, they're quite particular in not securing the 1st deal of the day & $40 sounds abit unlucky, so he offered $38.
