V mount battery Holder / Cold shoe for video DSLR Rig

Hi guys, I need to use the sony v mount battery as counter weight, is there an attachment I can buy to secure the battery onto the rig? I need a cold shoe which can be secured onto the rig as well.

Any idea of where I can get these items in Singapore?

IDX have a series of v-mount adaptors that I use for my LCD monitors. Model is C-EB.
Perhaps you can try to see if you can mount these up in your rig as your battery holder?

Not cheap though, I'd probably settle with cable tie to secure the batts to your rig.

Can find the actual thing in SimLim Square, Hung Bros.

Its a cage that goes around your DSLR, gives you alot of additional ColdShoes all around the camera and a whole bunch of threaded holes to screw on stuff like monitor arms and such.

dude...this thing sold at Hung Bros SLS...not expandore.

Anyhows, if you at Expandore, go ask them to show you their Vocas system. I like their matte box and follow focus units.

Hi there. I was also looking for a Vmount and battery supply fo my canon. Would you mind to tell me how do you conect your sony battery? Also what brand is that shoulder support. I want somthing that has long arms holders like yours.
