Using Nikon legacy lens - worth doing?


whoa ... this is awesome. only hope that the low light performance of my new EP3 is good enough to do something similar ....

I think EP3 is just as good in this kind of light :)
 

These are shot with EP3 and my old faithful Nikon 50mm f2.0 (under rated in my view). Mine is from Vietnam. Clean and Sharp! Told by first owner that was used during the war.

At that time I use only old version of Picasa to trim to square size which I like then save it to smaller size for posting on Flickr. No other PP done. I did not even shoot raw then. Yes still available and it's not expensive. It's the only lens that Nikon made with 6 blades. All other of their lenses have odd number blades. Some people don't like the bokeh of this lens (on lights it bokeh is hexagonal instead of round sometimes). I love it!
