Hi. I'm new to the forums and Holga cameras, but I've been shooting photos for years.

I'm going to a wedding soon and wanted to take some pictures that are different from the regular pro shots that the hired hands will be shooting. Some of the wedding is indoors and some inside. What's the best Holga to get to shoot indoors? I realize it's not the best indoors camera, but I wasn't sure if I'd have better luck with a 120 GN and a mini 90 or 120 add on flash. Or if I should just get the 120CFN?

Any suggestions.

Thanks,

there are many wedding photgraphers who uses the lensbaby contraption.
It is mentioned in many wedding photography books.

Let me clarify. I'm not shooting the wedding as a photographer. I'm just going as a guest and want to take some quirky pictures of friends. I just wasn't sure which holga was best for indoor photography--if any.

Looking for me? :bsmilie: I only took some outdoor ones ... didn't wanna do any indoor as I feel the flash will spoil everything. It's pretty fun doing weddings with a Holga, but too bad I was the main photog and couldn't hold a cam in each hand :bsmilie:

good idea, but I think using LCA is much better that Holga cause it's aperture is too small. I'm afraid it'll block all the atmosphere light ...

I've not tried shooting a wedding with Holga, but you can google (or use google image) to search holga and wedding or holga and concert. Should share similar techniques. You can try either try flash with ISO 400 film, or use ISO 3200 film for a super grainy look. Do remember to tape the back of your camera so it doesn't fall off! And if you know how to modify the aperture of your Holga, you'll get 'extra light'. Let us know how it goes!

Just get 3200film develope at 6400 should be ok for inside shots of a wedding.. and have fun !!
