I've got all batts replaced today.. Very satisfied with the service... A very helpful lady changed all my batts to the "06" batch... Beware of imitations of those Sanyo batts u guys/gals owned.. It must have kinda engraved on that batt rather than its printed on it abt the manufacture codes...Good luck.:thumbsup:

Just wonder does any one experience using Sanyo Charger cannot charge Sanyo Batteries?
Currently, I got four 2100mAh batteries which cannot be charge using the new type of Sanyo charger, thus got no choice but to put them into the GP charger then ok. the 2100 mAh batteries are still good.

I got 4 sanyo 2500mah batts which are ok and another 4 which are giving discharge problem. Think I will try to replace it one of these days.
Currently, I got hold of sanyo eneloop batts and I am using them instead of any of the sanyo 2500mah. Hopefully it wont give me problem again.

Why dun u consider purchasing a battery pack ? save the hassle of so much charging and multiple chargers
When I shoot weddings or events, I will use my battery pack ..only use dry cells when I have "all the time in the world' to shoot and charge my speedlites.
I had 3 sets of 4 exchanged a couple of days ago. I'm glad they're doing this for their customers, though the lady did look a bit harried ... still she was very pleasant and smiled a lot in spite of all the exchanges that no doubt came in over the last few weeks.
The process was quick ... I called up first, was told to charge the batteries 2 days before going there (should make appointment), and when I was there, all was done within 10 min, including filling in a form for the exchange.
Thanks to AhV for triggering this, and kudos to Sanyo for doing the right thing, and in a very timely manner. This goes a long way to building a loyal customer base.

I charged my 2100 just before i went out to shoot some event. After two flashes, the flash turned off with the low batt sign on. I turned on again, fire again, and the sign turns on again. Should I be alarmed over this? (sorry if i treat you like CS Sanyo-man :embrass: )
Anyway, any contact number or email I can use to contact them (Sanyo)? I read about something abt Heeren.
edit: i found the enquiry form on the net, but no numbers or email to enquire though..
