Upgrading Lens

Hi guys I need your opinion on this matter, currently Im using D90 with the kit lens. However I do find that the zoom is abit limited hence I am thinking of upgrading to a 18-200. Can you guys tell me the pros and cons of the lens?

I using nikon 18-200 and the IQ is normal only... Not too bad but for the range and convenience, I will still prefer it if I go overseas...took some amazing pictures with it

So do I. The lens IQ is quite OK, and although I have other lenses, during traveling I would prefer to stick with 18-200 most of the time.
