Protect it adequately and use it to the fullest instead! To know more on what this camera can do, read the manual and hands-on on it. Try on the various modes and settings to see the different results.
Despite owning it for almost a year, I'm still amazed what this little black number could offer, it's my most-used carry-anywhere camera.

Haha, yeah I know it's a super awesome camera.
Anyway what I meant is that those modes I also don't know what it means.
Things like Apecture etc..
So I wonder if there is outing or online guides.

Of course there are tonnes of information online... here you go, one that is written specifically for beginners. In that site, you can also find intermediate to advanced levels. Don't be intimidated by the amount of info!

I think u got the same casing as me. Its the black Panasonic Lumix hardcase right? It actually looks pretty nice and quite cheap too.

i went to sim lim today but it was already sold out. Then I want to Funan. AP have their last set but the guy quoted $690 with 8GB SD card and screen protector only. He said the 3rd party batt give finished liao ...

But since the camera abit bigger than ther compact, the case fits just nice.
Not much space left for other things.
But I bought a nice camera bag for the things. Lol.
Go to Bugis there walk around, can see those camera bag around $15.
Good if we are carrying our camera around.

does MS colour still has stock for LX3? any idea when the new batch of LX3 coming in for AP?
I asked AP when I'm getting mine on Sat.
He say probably on 2x this month stock will arrive again.

luckily I joined the queue last month. Managed to get hold of it
Just got my LX3 2 days ago. Very pleased with it. Got it from Parisilk Holland for $680 with 8GB sandisk SDHC and LCD protector (but he gave me a 2.7" one). My friend picked it up for me before I arrived in Singapore, so I guess I'd have to live with it lol. Im gonna update the firmware soon.
