just got my lx3 from harvey norman funan for $680 with 8GB and screen protector.. i din know that we can bargain at such retail stores.. glad i did and saved myself a little.. they still have 2 or 3 sets left there..

Song brothers had a last set left, but it looked tampered with, and they quoted me $690. the store beside the uncle quote me $780. omg.. why so big difference one.

Who knows, there is a possibility that LX3 price will be up.

i am contemplating of getting the LX-3 but since I am current in sydney, I am not sure if I should buy it here. Its about A$670 before the 10% tax rebate. Does not come with screen protector or SD card but has a free flexible tripod. Do you think I should wait and head back to singapore in about a month before I get it?

I bought mine yesterday at Harvey Norman - Funan, at $699, with free 8gb sd card and screen protector. I had to wait for an hour for the stock to arrive, all the other stores at Funan do not hold stock of the LX3.

Also bought the extended warranty at 115. Impulse buying! I'm not even sure if it's worth the money. :dunno:

Reservations can also be made at MS Color AMK, LX3--$689(inc.gst) bundled with 8g card, oem battery, lcd protector. Sales agent said limited stocks are arriving on Wed (21 Oct).

I called up MScolor, Parisilk, but they couldn't give me an exact restock of the panasonic 46mm lens adaptor and cover filter =/ I need these 2 items. Any brother know where to get these 2? Also with my current cover, it wont be able to fit once i change to 46mm lens adator right?

Hi there! I just bought my LX3 from SLR Revolution, the shop opposite John 3:16, and the service there is superb! Staffs there are real friendly and helpful. Got mine at $666, including a screen protector and 8GB memory card.

Had a tough time finding the half-case for the LX3 though. Anybody knows where I can get it?

i saw ppl over the net using it, and i'm super impressed with the quality of the pics man, and the design and outlook of it make me fell in love with it :lovegrin:
i can't wait to hop onto the LX3 bandwagon!

after searching this thread, i found out that AP sim lim offers more freebies (3rd party batt, 8 gb sd card, mini tripod) at a price of $680, whereas AP funan isn't that generous with freebies :dunno:
and MS photo is way too far from my area, and their price is $685 without the tripod stand.

i wanna ask fellow LX3 lovers whether it is advisable to purchase LX3 from AP sim lim, as i'm a bit skeptical of getting things from SLS.

why not a 52 mm adaptor? More filters and cap available for tat size

the reason why i need the tripod is i have shakey hands, and i use the self timer function often for group photos
feel like getting LX3 from AP sim lim, since its nearer to my area.
anyone got bad reviews bout AP?
