Good story and acting is well-directed. On the cinematography side, the closed curtains is a tad disturbing and I will actually just open them up and if blown highlights are an issue, either shoot using them as a light source and avoid them altogether or just go creative and get the subject as a silhouette. Of course that is the type of shot you can use once or twice in a short film like this.
