Hi guys.i have never join u guys before and i was wondering,shooting in the noon is perfectly fine but drinking can also be done so early in the afternoon?So early drink sounds abit weird to me.And do u have gathering before in the end someone gets 'mabo'?:bsmilie:And also normally end around what time?Thanks ya

Besides, there's a reason why we meet at 2.30.. if its sunny, the contrast is usually too high.. so we prefer to cool down before heading out.. anyway, we have not gathered at 15mins for a while, so should be fun

I believe you never use a range finder before.
Focus with a range finder:
a pair of split image in the view finder, you rotate your lens focus ring till both image merge then you are in focus.
after some drink you can get 2 pair of split image in your view finder, you rotate your head, you can focus more accurately.

Think we're pretty successful in trying to convert my Nikon DSLR friend, Kelly to shooting film RF.
I loaned her my M6 with 35 summicron ASPH to shoot along with us. Here's some shots by her. Btw, she's a great DSLR photographer and I've always enjoyed her work.
Not bad for a virign roll of Protra 400 films with ND4 filter.
