There seems to be a serious bug in the website. I have tried to logout of the website by both clicking on the logout, remove cookies as well as manuuly attempting to remove the cookies as suggested by the site; but with no sucess at all.

Even removing the cookies can't help?

Make sure that you are not on the site when you are clearing your cookies. Alternatively.....

1. Boot up using a bootable floppy
2. Type Format C:

If that still can't work.... hrm... change your pc.

Just joking tho, clearing cookies should work, unless you are still on the site, which might somehow create another cookie file.

I always have problems with logout, yup after clearing the cookies manually, I do need to login again but when come to logout, I am always prompted for error and need to do an extra step by clicking another link to logout.

Thanks , I have taken note of this issue, we will investigate on it. Thanks

eh logout ?? haha i almost NEVER do that...juz close the window haha...

I have a serious log in problem. Dundee helped me by informing the clubsnap admin last night. The problem is now solved! Thanks Dundee, CS admin and mods for the quick action.

Just a snap shot of the error I encounter all the time.

Sometime, we do need to logout cos sometimes when I click on the links which I visited b4, it will direct me to the previous visited screen instead of the updated screen, need to press F5 (IE) to re-fresh it.

I get this msg too when I try to logout. However it works after I click on the "Click out to log out" link.

Not sure what is causing this problem but hopefully it will be fixed during the next forums software upgrade.

i have a problem here... im using public computer... and i logged out. happen to come back to the same unit... and im still logged onto CS!!!

Ok, I made some changes and so far it looks like the problem has gone.

Those of you have been having logout problems, please try again.

Those of you who have logout problems on Firefox, please:
- logout
- clear your cookies immediately
- restart Firefox
- then try the login logout to see if it works

No problems for me with IE anymore. Firefox's fine too. Thanks Edmund!

It is DONE!!!

Thanks Edmund!:)
