Trouble with Night Shoot

I am making an assumption here, that you are trying to photograph the general scene at night, which comprises the buildings and street lights around Clarke Quay area.
The basic principle is that the camera requires sufficient light for you to get a properly exposed image. In all likelihood, when the ambient light is minimal, you will require a fairly long exposure. By this I mean that the shutter stays open for quite a long time. In order to have a long exposure and yet capture a sharp image, your camera should not move one bit. Therefore a (sturdy) tripod is highly recommended.
When thinking about using flash, understand that the flash will not be able to provide illumination at levels approaching that of the sun. Therefore I hope you don't expect to light up a building 100m away with your external flash.

As a new bird, it is your responsibility to read the stickies first, and so SEARCH before you post. A simple search for "how to post images" would have told you a lot.

Browse where your picture is & clip upload now.
Copy the Direct Link URL & then clip on the Insert image & paste the URL there...........
Note that your picture must not exceed 10MB.

The image should be resized to a reasonable size first, like 1024x786, etc

It's exactly like what I told you earlier:
Learn how to use your light meter (read your manual) and you should be:
1. Using a tripod.
2. Learning about using manual mode to set the aperture at f/11 or f/16 and then setting the shutter speed to achieve the right exposure
3. Use a low ISO like 200.

Use a tripod, u need that for night scene. A flash cannot go that far.
CS 5/6 or Lightroom 4.
No, DO NOT use flash. You need to LOWER your ISO and increase your shutter speed and USE A TRIPOD.
Photoshop will not help your pic. You can use the free software that came with your camera, but it will still not save your pic because you got all the basics wrong.
Your A55 should have come with a free DSLT handling course. Go to it, try to learn.
