Hi everyone ,

Anyone use Transcend CF card ??? Any difference compare to ScanDisk or Lexar ???
It is priced as follow from "Best Bargain" price list from SLS.

Transcend CF card 80X 1GB $56 / 2GB $95
Transcend CF card 120x 2GB $97 / 4GB $177

Is it sound cheap to you Ppl ???

Anyway , can Nikon D200 support up to 4GB ???

I know some people here are going to link you to that thread about 1-2 cards from Transcend failing, but I'm going to say that Transcend is a good brand. You should get from Memory World instead though, their prices are very competitive and you get official warranty.

Yes my Transcend CF cards are still working after 3 years, they are good enough. I would prefer to carry 4pcs of 1GB rather than 1pc of 4GB (any brands), for safety and security reason.

Hi , Thank for the recommendation.
Will consider that and perhap wait for the coming PC shop this Thursday.

Thank again pal ;)

Max 2GB I will go..
Think failing were the 4GB.

Using the 4Gbytes Transcend CF from B.B., so far so good, no hiccup yet.
Their price keep dropping

it's a shop at 5th floor, but their Transcend CF cards are 1 year shops warranty only.

then buy from memory world sounds better..if the price difference is not that much.

since memory world offer 5 year warranty.

After 5 year...we can get 10gb 250X at the price of today 2gb 80X.

Correct, but your camera also must upgrade hah. Current camera may not able to use it.

Arto.

Just got a 2GB 120x CF Transcend from Memory World...for $99. Lynnette says they give lifetime warranty....just keep the receipt.
