Traffic along SLE to Yishun

Can anyone advice the traffic conditions about 7:30 - 8am weekday along SLE and exit towards Orchid Country club and towards Yishun North Point? Will there be any traffic jams?

should have no jam. jam only when traveling from northpoint to SLE.
