It's a useless list. It does not account for seniority. Some of the job titles are also too vague and can span industries. I would think a managing director at an investment bank would be earning much more than one at say a cleaning company.

you are wrong la. President makes about $3M. MM, SM, PM about 2+ million while minsters 1+ million. Perm sec makes upward of 500K.

President, PM, MM, SM are all very close to each other at just over $3m/year , with the President earning the most.
