hmm... The pics are cute.
About the cruelity, is the hamster your own pet or ur friends? If it's your pet, and the hamster is ensured saftey upon "landing", then the trick is quite acceptable to my opinion.
Anyway, next time use remote shutter release and shoot yourself lah!
They are kind of brought up by both me and my friend.
I do take good care of them, no worry.
