Against the Boltzen, the Tolifo FL-60S is shorter, tougher( metal construction), and does not require a yoke. Also, it will give a full 60W output with cheaper low capacity NPF970 batteries as long as there are two of them; whereas the Boltzen is only capable of outputing 50% intensity with low capacity NPF 970. To use 2 batteries on the original Boltzen 55W, an external dual battery mount is required. (UPDATE: newer Boltzen Q series has dual battery slots)
Against the Popspot and their Generay clones, the Tolifo is definitely much easier to set up as the battery compartments are built into its sides.
