Wat's the situation for using cpl? Outdoor shooting? blue skies?
Do I use cpl when shooting city/landscape, sunrise and sunset?
Sorry for some newbie quest.. Hope ur dun mind =)

can i use uv filter and cpl at the same time?

UV filter has no real usage, except giving the scared people a feeling of safety for their lenses. Optically it's redundant. Stacking filters is generally discouraged, it invites effects like flares, ghosting and colour casts.
Use the filter that you need, remove those you don't need. Your lens was designed to work well without any filter. Nothing that you add can improve your lens.

Image quality will decrease. Do u really need a uv filter though?
