Hee... Thanks thanks. U say I pretty so I reply ;pThese photos are really cool! And the model is also very pretty!
#1 is beautiful, like the processing there, but i would think less of the top to reduce the prominence of the busy details
nice idea for #2, can consider going harsher on the flash, make it really intense
#3 is kind of sadistic yah? :bsmilie: nice idea nonetheless, but would prefer 1 more human subject around the stairs to play up the theme somemore
#4 and #5 don't look too exciting, don't quite belong to this set. especially #4, the pose lacks expression, neither here nor there. nice framing in #5 but the pose is a let down.
#6 ... should have framed her properly in one of the fenestrations
#7 again more bodily expression is needed to make the image
#8 that's a really good idea, but i'm not in agreement with the rusty old chair as a prop
 Ya... I squat until my both legs turned jelly... its so narrow to stand there... and not to mention the weird noise we heard when we were shooting there :cry:Thank you for the comment. :embrass:
Actually, #4 for me is the best in this series and even in all 100+ photos I took this day.
The light, The angle, The pose, I think only Jaslyn and me know how difficult it was.
Thank you for the comment. :embrass:

i'm afraid effort do not always translate into good works.
the pose is rather wierd if you re-examine the picture. one can see the model having some difficulty trying to balance off the grills judging from the unnatural body posture, can see she's trying to hold on and pose at the same time, but the pose did not come out, whatever it is that you've had in mind. the busy details on the dress does not help with the body's posture as well. and the almost smiling but not really smiling, rather dull facial expression. and also the little bit of magenta cast that makes the dress and skin colour look slightly washed out. and the bright green vegetation that clash with the bit of washed out feeling.
i must say the model's performance is critical in making a frame like this work, it's not a personal attack on the model, it's just that her expression here really don't make this frame.
Thanks, we'll both try harder next timei'm afraid effort do not always translate into good works.
