i hate 2 slam my fav team but i think they are talking too much off the field but doing too little on it. :angry:

everytime they say they must beat this n that prior to a match, they screwed it up next. it is just darn frustrating. they shd just keep quiet n let the result prove their worth.... NATO onli encourage other teams and fans to hate or slam when ManU fail to deliver...., again.

When I saw the line up for the Reading game, leaving Saha on the bench, I felt we were going to have a hard time. Moreover, looking at the way they played, except for Ronaldo, most of the time they were attacking from the centre where the opponents marshalled their defence superbly. Attacking from both flanks would have been a better option if Giggs or Park had not been injured. Ronaldo alone couldn't do much damage even though he was the best player on the night and scored the equaliser.

Rooney was the only starting striker. Solskjaer and Saha only came in as sub. Sometimes don't know wat Sir Alex is doing. :sweat:

Fergie have to face it, Man Utd current squad truely lacks the depth. Saha is good but cannot expect him to play in every game, moreover, he is injury prone, Solksjear is good but old, he does not have the stamina to run the 90 minutes. Rooney is just one poor thing, he have to run the entire show for Man Utd and Ronaldo is providing only one sided attack when giggs is not around... the burden rested on the shoulders of the 2 young players is draining them.

Richardson can never replace giggs, Fletcher can never play in the midfield... the youth developments really needs some major overhaul... Since the golden era of giggs, scholes, beckham, nevilles & butt era, there isn't any outstanding product from the youth team. Promising players like Rossi are just promising with no actual impact.

The entire Scouts Department should be sacked. Eversince Solksjear, there isn't any good buy, I think they just travel overseas and enjoy themselves instead of seriously looking into quality promising players on a bargain. Buying Carrick is more of a Scholes Replacement than Keane, Owen Hargreaves should be a better bet and a final piece of jigsaw puzzle in the midfield, providing stability and aggressiveness.

Lets' hope we can find a player with Cantona class to bring Man Utd back to the golden days during the Jan transfer period, more importantly, get a new bunch of golden boys to support the team structure..

totally agree with u. o'shea is better of playing defence, since our defence already cannot make it. leave the midfield to proper midfielders, and that is something i thikn we really really lack. A good ball winner and someone to destroy oponent's rhythm! well, SAF had 18 mil, but he spent on carricks, when west ham bought BOTH Tevez and Mascherano :cry:

another thing is, i think gary neville needs to brush up his passing, he is giving away possession tooooo often

Very difficult.... Fletcher, Richardson got chance in S-League not EPL... Rossi got potential but not proven on the big stage...

Well...maybe they need more time. It's not like they are playing all the games.

i still remember the days when neville, butt and beckham first came out. They lost pretty badly in the beginning and the media and loyal fans all dismissed them as youngsters who couldn't make it. They wanted big names.

But all the criticism serves to drive them to prove ppl wrong.

Cantona was marked as a mistake when fergie first bought him....many thought he was mad for bringing in a man who destroyed all the previous teams he was in......

Of cos that is not to say Richardson and co can emulate their pre-decessors. How i certainly hope so.
