United's defence would have been good if Heinze was around..he inspires confidence in the team and is also good in attacking..imo, apart from the problems on scoring, Heinze was the other main reason why United failed to qualify for the last 16 for Europe.

Yeah, ppl used to say how good Cech was last season but it looks like Edwin Van Der Sar is the best goalkeeper at the moment. He is voted the best goalie in the New Paper by the editorial staff and readers. It shows how good he is even at his age.

Actually lastnite, its not Man Utd's defence that kept the clean sheet. Its WBA help Utd's defence by not attacking or not able to attack. :bsmilie:

I certainly hope that will erode Chelsea's confidence and other teams will start to fancy having a go at them.
