Former Bayern Munich manager Ottmar Hitzfeld claims he has been offered a job by Manchester United.

Does that means that Fegie will axed at the end of the season ... hmm ...

I think SAF will suffer the ignominy of an exit from OT if the club fails to qualify for CL if they can't beat Villareal this Tuesday.

Amen! :D

And Klose, bro... didn't know you're a United fan as well? :D

One don't have to be a manu fan to love Cantona. =)

PAY HOMAGE TO ERIC CANTONA!

Cantona was one of the best...one of my favourite players (apart from Giggs)
[Edit- i dun like manu...only Cantona and Giggs command respect. Hehe]
These two players would command respect from adversaries everywhere.

p.s Im a gunners fan

LOL... amazing... a Gunner in love with Le Roi

Well, I'm in love with Henry too... so we're even... LOL...

I think the Hitzfield story is a rumour geared towards selling papers. Don't forget that the New Paper has many questionable tabloids as source like the Daily Mirror, so don't believe all you read in the papers.

I believe the only reason Carlos Queiroz is willing to be no. 2 is because United has promised him the position when Fergie retires.

Portsmouth have become the first club to publically declare their interest in signing Roy Keane, who left Manchester United on Friday. - ESPN

woah ... they're fast ...

:nono: dun think keano will be joining anyone in EPL ... if i can remember correctly he once said if he were to leave old trafford he would find it very ....wierd... to be in the away team's dressing room ...
Mostly likely will be to Celtic ...

Well..people come people go....it's sooner or later...just like Ince, Kanchelski, Hughs, Robson, Bruce, Irvin, Schemi, Cantona, Cole & York, Beck & Butt etc......MU as a big club must move on......the important thing is to find the right replacement.....

My concern is where can we find another central midfield? So far Schole has been a dissapointment...to be success, MU needs to find goal from mid field just like the 99/00 team ....:)

Personally, stil prefer the 99/00 team coz when the goals dun come in from the forwards... still gt midfield... if nt there is always Bruce n co... if the drought is so serious still gt Peter to score for them!

Nowadayz...seems like the goals r limitted to forwards n midfield...

Midfield shoot alot of blanks recently.

All the best and good luck for tml morning match against Villareal in the CL.

GO  GO......

Neville back for United

For tml morning, Gary Neville returns to the Manchester United squad for encounter with Villarreal.

But....Long-term absentees Ryan Giggs (fractured cheekbone), Gabriel Heinze (knee), Quinton Fortune (knee) n Louis Saha (hamstring) r all missing as United face their first Old Trafford outing since Keane's departure knowing defeat, coupled with a Lille win over Benfica, would send them tumbling out of the competition.

Do u guys think they r able to match Spaniards?:dunno:

This is the 1st time we're in danger of not qualifying. ;( Sure can match them Spaniards if the squad plays well. And yeah, midfield had been shotting blanks and no idea how to attack. United had been quite sloppy before the Chelsea match, always run out of attacking ideas. Park have to play. Its a home game, anything less than a win will be a failure. Cannot afford to be sloppy again.

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Yep, Park is definitely good enough. Throw him on the left, Ronaldo on the right... get rid of that useless Fletcher.

Ditto!!! Park left and Ronaldo right will add alot of attacking and firing power to our RVN and Rooney. ;p

Fletcher is way too soft. :sticktong
