What was the symptoms when the power adaptor is bad?

for my case,
Preset to 45 RH. but the cabinet would never reach this preset level even if cabinet kept closed for few days. Hovering around 60 plus.

the manual stated it should reach preset after few hours.

I had a power adaptor change. Now monitoring. It seems to be going down....good sign towards preset level.

Please share your symptom when adaptor fails.

Doesn't seem like an adapter issue leh. Should be something to do with the set itself.

care to update the status of your set?
i thought if the adapter fails the set will not able to power up

No change to the dry cabinet reading hovering around 60 even with an adaptor change. It did drop by about 2 points and then stay there.

Miss Mok is making arrangement for me since it is under warranty.
