went to ur website... and one negative comment... hahaha if u don't mind...

YOU ARE CHARGING TOO LOW BRUDDER!!!!!! ;)

....i kinda second that. heck! let' all raise prices!!! ;)

oh dun worree about the bubbles, i've shot it a million times (ok i exergerrate, wrong spelling too i know!) and it always comes out like that, esp if u have the flash on.

anyway, this series here u've posted is really good as most have mentioned. i'm just wondering about ur consistency. if u consistently shoot (and process) like that, then u really have to up ur price. i'm not so worried about the market, i mean i still believe there's enuff work out there, and in a way there is "no competition" if you have ur distinct style and therefore, niche. it's more for ur benefit, shoot less, earn more, put more effort and passion into each wedding. not sure if u are full time or not, but if u are, then all the more u need to do this, if not ur passion will die. i just crossed my century wedding, and i'm still damn happy to see wedding photos and process them till i have to change screen... (i wanna hao lian my new 24" dell here if u don't mind!)

ahhahaha good luck man!!!!

hahaa...i have actually tuned the style of my PP over the last couple of weddings and i kind of like the new look and feel. Consistency wise still ok.

i'm also a bit like you i guess. keep going over the weddings i covered to remember the joys (and also to see how i can do better the next one). btw, i also use a dell 2407...great little bugger ain't it?! you should use 2 of 'em! ;)

i really not trying to spoil the market lah :embrass:. on joho's and now your advice, i'm in the midst of revising how i charge. fortunately, i've been able to command higher rates in recent weddings. once my webby is revamped, it'll reflect new packages ;).

in any case, really appreciate you (and also others i admire like joho and kelvin) dropping by and giving me ur 2cts - it's been very useful for my learning. btw, the bubble photo not a montage. it's so uniform cos it's fired by a machine. bubbles came out so fast and furious that it took me by surprise also - in fact most the shots were engulfed by bubbles haha...

joe: yup, some of the shots i used flash :)

Bro, we know you are not spoiling the market but can you get rid of the pricing asap or else the couples will take full advatage of it. Just put it under POA (Price on Application) wahahaha........

I understand your bubble thing now.......and yes Joho has shot about 999.979....oh wait he just did another one....so it's 999,980 times on the bubble thingy.

I am glad you are doing well in this area of photography with full consistency.

And GENTLEMEN.............Let's raise the price further.....as a tribute and celebration of fare hikes, kopi 10 cents up and the raise of fuel price.

On a serious note, we should be increasing at least a 15%-25% off from out current rates. We should have a indicator that pricing should be somewhere around the region of $1500 and above. Nothing should be below that. That should be our bare minimum.....

I like the way the photographer put the pictures.. Nature n yet attractive...

nice stuff there, KK. Looks good... love the color and layout of urs.

It's awesome work. Speechless for your work :)

Love the neat layout n colours! Happen to see some of my friends in the pictures too. :p

I know the bride as school mate. Some of her jie meis are my friends. Will see them this weekend at one of their weddings. :)

You have my support to raise the prices of your packages too! SG photographers are still amongst the cheapest in the world. We need to hit international standards! :p

I have no idea who TJ and Janice are. But the way you took the photos made me wanna be there... like the mood was just "captured". Well done mate!

wow, thanks! :)

Really liked the simple layout. I was wondering if you have ever gotten comments from your clients that there are too few pictures. Sometimes the client may feel short changed. I find it hard to balance this act sometimes.

Pic 2, 16 and 20 are commendable but find cover page does not fit in especially the colored pink frame.

thanks for the inputs. actually, most clients are ok, because they will still get the DVD with all the prints. Sometimes, they also request for an additional slip-in on top of the coffee table. depends, really :)

Seriously, bro I like this series of yours... not because I know the couple... but it's the way you capture it...

The mood is there... I can't describle it. I kinda of want to be part of the celebration...

Well done~!

just curious, are the photos at their original color tone? it looks dull to me.

thanks rayz :)

iMbEst: no they are not the original colour. i've adopted this type of toning as my style. agree with you that it does not work with everyone :)
