Agreed. This was one of the first book I read (and re-read & re-read) ever since I started playing with my X700 in the early eighties.

Sorry, mate... but you can always go for another.

Actually, there are so many things that you can practice photographing in Singapore... even in this rainy weather (using a lady's shower cap to protect your assets) with the probable exception of snow, twisters, volcanic lava flows, etc.
