Week 35 - Finally the NEX hotshoe adapter arrived. Initially I was disappointed when it did not work with my Odin trigger. After some trial and error, I realize that it only work with manual triggers. So I got a set of phottix strato II 1Tx & 2Rx yesterday and did a little tabletop shoot. Did some minor PP and here are some pics... quite satisfy with the outcome... but please C&C... cause I feel that there is always a need to improve.

Please note that I did not use PS to cutout the item and paste onto a black background. All I did was to tune the Highlights, Shadows, Whites & Blacks on LR4, and also crop tighter.

It worked with my Nissin MF-18. But you cannot use TTL mode, as it will not fire, only M mode.

It has been so long since I post any images here. Partly due to work and health reason, partly I lack inspiration, and partly I was told by a client that my lighting control sucks and his/her 70 yr old spouse can do better with a PnS. This and a series of other insults were a ploy to make me feel like a caged monkey, thus justify paying me peanuts. It also spurs me to try improve myself. This week 4PAW showcase a personal project that I have been working on. Hope you all like it. C&C welcome.
