I LOVE THESE 2 photos!

Care to share how u got to this place in tibet?
:)
Thanks lim8395 :D
Actually this place is quite popular, if you go with any tour in Tibet most will include this place because it's quite near to Lhasa about 2-3 hours drive only I think? It's along Friendship highway

Good eyes, I think it looks better without the frame for #2.:) Surely u didnt regret
going there.

Absolutely beautiful images! Both are very well composed and captured.

Zerodivine,

Thanks for sharing.
S:thumbsup: O:thumbsup: L:thumbsup: I:thumbsup: D !

For the rest of them who went on guessing how the shots were taken, don't read too much into it....please. CS has so much of C&C instead of praises that "matured" photographers have shunned off.

Very beautiful pictures!   :D

Nice nice scenaries. Did you take any pano shots of the place?

#1 is great!
And yeah, drop that border for #2 ... :)

I find it hard to explain because for the 2nd shot I shot it in jpeg only and no HDR, filters etc involved. But I do understand that this kind of situation can be abit hard. Guess I was lucky to have the scene that way.

Thanks so much hweechwee.. the yamdrok is beautiful even when shot at 11 morning(the kind of hour which is usually said not so good for photography:sweat: )

Thanks psychomatic. No, I didn't have any pano shots of the place. Still very new to pano, don't really know how to take well so I don't really shoot ;)

Thanks KHC :)
I went with the tour. I was told that july/august is the peak period(the most people), but best time I cannot say because I've only been there once. When I went last month the weather was fine, except in Lhasa it gets cloudy and overcast very often.
