Three exciting cameras we can definitely expect in 2015

There are rumors and then there are eventualities. These belong in the latter category.

1. Sony A7S mark II.
What can make the A7S even better? 5 axis image stabilisation would be an excellent upgrade. A7 markII is already announced so it's just a matter of time.

2. Sony A9

This is a brand new line that is one notch above the A7 range. Expect better sensors and definitely 5 axis IS. We will have to wait for more details regarding audio options.

3. FPS1000.
Yes! as the name suggests, it is a 1000fps micro43 camera! Successfully funded on kickstarter, it will likely start shipping mid 2015

AJA CION is an interesting one too.... a sub-10k camera that records directly to ProRes 4444 in 4k and comes with a removable lens mount

I am expecting FS-700 Mark II, hopefully in smaller size than current (same size as Sony a7s) though it is mostly impossible. If something like this happens, it will cannibalize the FS-7. Then again, if it really happens, it will take the whole market by storm!

doubt it will happen.. the FS7 seems like a spiritual successor the FS700.
