The best to get cheapest DSLR body is to bargain. :bsmilie:
And have a network of people who is in the market or sales manager, they might be able to give u a good price. Or might even sell you at cost of sales. But sometimes, you need luck too. So good luck.![]()
how many are keeper shots?
Not that many though... Still needs to understand this camera more.
Yeah...machine gun!!! when I use the A550, just 1 press & it burst twice! I'm like wha...I only press it very lightly & fast!
Not that many though... Still needs to understand this camera more.
I LOVE A550!!!! was thinking to get D90 but this A550 has wonderful and useful feature that you gonna love it... even if A750 is out, you will not regret having A550 first.. who knows ending up u keep both body...![]()
did you also try the 5fps mode? from what i've read, 7fps will lock the focus and metering during the entire burst, so you lose AF-C. i'm curious if you will end-up with more keepers with AF-C and slightly lower FPS =)
Which feature in particular?
If you check eBay, an original Sony Battery can cost only about S$35, almost same like 3rd party battery (cost around S$20) - that I regret to buy.
I guess A750 will not have the face and smile detection features..
I hope not. If it's targeted at semi-pros or advanced users...![]()
I would say the face-detection using phase detect is a fantastic feature ever implemented in cameras as a whole.
it's very fast, very accurate and it seems also to adjust the exposure settings accordingly. Great for portraits.
Sony quick liveview uses phase detect af, exact same af sensor used when using Ovf. The 2nd sensor near the ovf is only for displaying the images on LCD when quick liveview is enabled.
For mf liveview, it uses the main sensor, but no contrast detect as only mf.
