What is that? I can't see where the skyline or land starts or ends. All I see is a huge tangle of mess with no focus point and too much contrast between light and dark. Can't see how that makes us Singaporean. It would look much better if taken in the late evening.

I am totally inspired after reading a little book by the title "Things that make us Singaporean". This little "red book" was given to my sister who is in a secondary school and I believe is given to all schooling children too. She thinks the book is crap, but I thought otherwise and so I profited from her loss.

This book showcases a collection of shots on Singapore and everything of our daily lives. I realised that many of us here are shooting aimlessly (myself included). It would be good if all of us can have a theme to shoot, share and improve together.

Thus, I would like to take this chance to launch a ClubSnap project with the same theme "Things that make us Singaporean"

Everyone's welcome to add his work to this project and hopefully, this project can carry on as long as it can possibly can.

For starters, I shall contribute the first picture.

C'mon! Start posting and show the world how Singapore is like!

hey guys, not too sure if this is the same little red book that wormz777 had read... but its a PDF file bearing the same title Things that make us Singaporean

the "book" contains series of pictures showing our surroundings and daily lives with quotes from people of all walks on what makes us Singaporean. i share wormz777's sentiments that the book is invaluable for us to understand who we really are and where we belong.
