Awesome pictures! Do you shoot everything using film?

Wow! I stumbled upon a treasure cove of pictures!

Your works are inspirational, hope to see more from you and learn xD

Your photos are very different. Very impressive.

I like those black and white film developed pics... nice. tried black and white film self developed back in my lasalle days, not an easy job but is an good experience. definitely diff from usual wedding photographers. Thumbs up.

Really really enjoyed this thread. :) thank you!

I want to say something different.

The pictures are not better or different just because its film or digital.

If its so simple anyone shooting film will be Brian Ho.

One has to look at the though process behind it and good artists will have (1) their own unique vision and style (2) the technical ability to achieve and show it (3) the personal struggles and depressions that ordinary viewers seldom even aware of.

But it does get easier esp when you do it often enough. Truth be told, I don't enjoy the film processing as much as I used to but that's the best way to get the results you want.

That is so true. I think I've mentioned this before but I think it's worth putting it down on paper again. Film and Digital are different mediums that should be appreciated differently. Can't say one is better than the other. They just have very different characteristics pretty much like how each digicam differs from another. But having said that, I can only share with you the experience being a person whose work is still very much reliant on the analogue medium. It's not only about the look, feel and texture of films. One aspect that is often forgotten is the whole experience of knowing your subject and composition before pressing the shutter and that you don't get an instant preview. So, you better be jolly well sure before you press the shutter because there is no way of finding out until you've got the film processed in the darkroom.
