Hi all,gotten my eye-FI card for 16gb class 10 prox2. It's pretty impressive and test to all iOS n android n pc is working pretty good and fast. As mention the file trfs within the few seconds as mention by others. But only within 10m if only I can try it further will be great.

How about using a repeater in between the router?

I've been using the Eye-Fi X2 for about 5 months now and I think it works fine for it's intended purpose. Transfer speed isn't that great, about 2seconds for a <1mb jpg (smallest jpg from a regular dslr), and the range seems to be limited to about 10-12m, even lower when there are people/objects blocking me. BTW I use it for my instant print business and the load does get quite high, just that the bottleneck is at my printer side so the transfer speeds are still bearable.

Even if u shoot raw+jpg, u scroll through and pick which to send, so u jus pick those jpgs.

It wrks different frm other wireless cards which allows u to preview on browser etc

Open the settings menu in the app, Eye-fi card settings, there should be 3 checkboxes for JPEG, RAW and VIDEO. Uncheck the RAW box.

mine is non-Pro so cannot upload RAW

How I used is on the DSLR I set JPG as SMALL (for NIKON) and JPG+RAW

The smaller size JPG load quite fast to the computer or iPAD for me to review and I have the RAW saved on the Eye-Fi SD Card for post-processing work

Is it possible to use a tablet to view the photos inside the Eye Fi card?

I don't want to transfer ALL my photos to my tablet, I just want to select a few for Facebook and Instagram while on a vacation...
