The real lens pen?

I believe there is a lot version of lens pen and lately i got a new one from OP.
Things look abit different as below:

1) handle to push the brush is yellow color instead of black
2) logo of the E is abit different and Black color instead of red
3) website printed is different www.schmidtmarekting.com instead of www.lenspen.com

I hope it is not a fake one.. afraid of using it yet..

Wait a minute, you bought the DIGIKLEAR, it is meant for cleaning the LCD, not for cleaning the lens.

Hi andugo,

I believe the Lenspen product as shown above is an original product, just that it is packaged for the China/HK market.

Notice that the Schmidt Marketing sticker and instructions is in Chinese, do watch out for this sticker as it proves the authenticity of the product.

I believe that OP only stock and sell authentic Lenspen product because they are one of the offical reseller for Lenspen product under Schmidt Marketing distribution.

And do take note that all Lenspen product sold in Singapore should have the www.schmidtmarketing.com website printed on them instead of www.lenspen.com, as they are the sole distributor for Lenspen.

The old stocks with www.lenspen.com are from the ex-distributor, thus there are alot of confusions on this transition.

So the conclusion is black with round tip is for lens and triangular grey pen is for lcd?

Well, if u use the LCD version to clean the lens, it will leave an oily smudge on the lens, I am not sure it is wise or not, although both lens and LCD surface are made of glass, they are not the same type.

i can't imagine if you bought a fake and it spoil the lens coating of the lens, would you still say fake or no its okay?

Challenger sells Lenspen too. Must be original one. More ex though

my point is that what if it's an inferior goods? i think fake or authentic, you are paying extra when you purchase an authentic for a piece of mind. at least you know that the quality of the goods is there. if it's not authentic, and it's good quality, well, you got lucky
