Exactly, I happy happy then walk away with the grip but forgot abt the battery but still can use with 1 batt. AA doesn't last as long as the ENEL-15 I think

Anyway NSC doesn't seem to realise that I asked them to quote a price for servicing a dead pixel on the LCD, they seem to think that I'm asking for a quote to service a dead pixel on the image sensor. They tell me:

We can help to do a remapping of the camera 1st, the cost is $120 before 7% GST, but if the remapping does not work,
Than the Image Sensor unit have to be replaced and the cost of repair will be $629 before 7% GST.

rofl I paid $670 for my camera, what makes them think I'll pay even more money to replace the sensor. I rather get another D90. Crazy people.

Last night stayed up till 130am just to dismantle my 'dead' iMac G5... took out the SATA hard disk.

Tonite just went to funan and bought a dual hard disk drive enclosure to house my SATA HD, to be re-used as an external HD to store my stuffs and photogs.

This Friday may collect my macbook.

Then will PP my backlog of photogs...

FWAH. how large's your backlog? i still haven't gone through my Dec - Feb Photos. i'm counting about 400+ images RAW+JPEG.... and about 1/2 of them are keepers.

Actually it was intentional that the lion was backlit. Wanted to go for a dark/sinister feel but I guess that didn't come out too well.

I was hoping the harsh backlighting would give a mysterious and sinister feel to the images, but I guess it didn't work out
