Well, you gotta have the money to sustain that though.

dun need prize lar. just the title would be good. i mean it would be a form of acknowledgement amongst the various schools joining.

we could get some people here to judge. i might be able to hook up with some of the mods to see if they mind taking some time off to judge or something...

In my sec sch last time just a hint of attitude problem will be a big thing. We'll be called in for random pep talks, nonstop brainwashing that we have serious deep seated problems and put to 'corrective' behavior classes. Maybe you should take 1% of that to threaten the people that show no interest. Tell them they can leave if they not interested. They won't get any points etc which will cause them to wake up and perform better. I.e. If they want to get a good reference/track record etc.

If your objective is for people to interact and be inspired by each others' photos, maybe just a flickr group would do. Not sure how well that would work though, but I guess you could try.
