Nice shots!
I think you are able to execute the shots well technically.
Now, its to get the theme right.
The fresh looking girl and attire suggests to me 'fresh', 'spring', youth.
I would not just opt for the latter '1 stop darkened bkgnd', stylistic look.
Also, Bnw, usually adds mystery, tone/mood, sophistication, imo and not so suitable here.
I like the color shots best here.
Just my opinion.

Thanks jk.. No issues, glad to hear some opinions... I was thinking that the image lack some mood or feel, that's why was trying B&W style for some images.
Hm.. Ok. So instead of darken background should create more vibrant! Hee. Will try next time.. Thanks thanks.

The forum traffic is already bad, don't want to scare away potential Pentaxians
But I'm sure we are kakis enough to just bring to attention some stuff that I feel about the shots.
Like I said before, you have consistently shot and posted and this has improved your shooting year on year.

Tours such that I can get to use my K1 even more.

Yes, just came back on Sunday.
Weather is nice (late Spring) when I was there, so long as the Sun is still out.
The temperature drops a lot when there is no Sun (easily from the 20's to 10 or 8C).
Sky is almost always a lovely blue and sunsets are fantastic (though I did not have much chance to capture sunsets )
Brought with me the M20/4; FA35/2 and FA77ltd
Looks like great weather down at Perth!
It was.
I could only watch the sunset as I was almost always rushing to get to the accommodation before dark.
Don't want to be on the road as there are no road lamps.
Not to mention the intense cold.
Just one shot with the K1 handheld at 0.4s with the Irix 15mm - firefly.
Normally, i won't do it, but encourage by Yama to try the SR of the camera.. The SR does work well.
