Previously with K-5, due to the type f focusing screen used, the camera would struggle with the focus issues for lens which has very wide aperture. None of these issues appear with the K-1. Focusing is quick even with some of the most challenging situations. Many Pentaxians here has already discussed or commented on the various features of the K-1. Hence I will not make repetitions and instead let some of the pictures do the talking .
Due to the slowdown in the Singapore economy, hence no budget for any XMM as models. Not forgetting having paid for the K-1 out of emergency funds. However 2 of my good friends have agreed to help out. That's the spirits of the friends we have here. All very friendly and helpful, despite the short notice period.

Felix , now that Poseur has explained , it's time for you to execute .... draw first blood ... 
Yeah .... he is really master of lighting. .. we are indeed lucky to have him willing to share his experience and expertise on this subject with us. Many people are unwilling to share so freely.
DAL35 F2.4 - Trying out a B&W conversion..
Also trying out Manual focus with old lenses. During my try out with Flowers at GBTB, it seem quite easy, but at near infinity or further away shots, the challenge to get the correct focus point wide open is still a challenge for me. Hope others are doing much better than me in MF. :X
This should be F1.9 which i took a few shots, and finally one in focus.

Is the K1 still available in shops?
And any shops that accept CC payment without extra charges?
Thanks in advance!

The forgotten princess FA43
On APSC, I never warmed up to the FA43, just find it an awkward focal length to use..but now with K1, I supposed I will bring this princess out more often
