This global #competition is open to all nationalities all ages, and all format of #photography - other than still #photo they accepting #video/#film and #photobooks.
Shortlisted works will be showcase at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum.
*For the photo community in Singapore, the 2019 winner of this competition is Singapore artist Ang Song Nian.
No submission fees. No age limit.
Only one entry (a body of works/series) per participant.
